How it works

Steps

1

Download export file from Paparazzi Website

Go to your back office and select the order you wish to import into Shopify.

Load Paparazzi Export into Converter

Use the Load File section below and browse for the file you just download and select it.  The converter will load

Process Uploaded Paparazzi Export

Click on the process now button to begin conversion.  A Download button will appear when conversion is complete

Download converted file

Click on download button to download converted file. The file will have a name similar to download.csv.  you can rename file once downloaded.  If you wish to convert another file simply refresh page and repeat process

Option

Set Type to Jewelry Type Remove special characters from Title Set Variant Barcode to Variant Sku
Set Variant Inventory Qty to 0 or leave blank Set Variant Inventory Tracker to shopify Set Google Shopping / Google Product Category to Apparel & Accessories > Jewelry > + Jewelry Type
Set Google Shopping / Gender to Female (Unisex if urban) Set Google Shopping / Age Group to ADULT Set Google Shopping / MPN to Variant Sku
Set Google Shopping / Custom Product to True Set Product Type to Google Shopping / Google Product Category Set Cost Per Item to (.5, 2.75, 11, 16.25)
Set Variant Taxable to True Set Image Alt Text to Title Flip image 1 and 2
